Aphelion, Canopy and Noble Food come together for an intimate evening celebrating one of Australia's most exciting modern wine producers. Known for expressive, site driven wines from some of McLaren Vale's oldest vineyards, Aphelion crafts bottles that balance energy, precision and place. Join winemaker Rob Mack (lovingly known as 'Mr. Grenache') in our private dining room for one night only.
