One of the Adelaide Hills’ original family wine estates joins us at Canopy for a special dinner. The Broderick family have grown grapes in Basket Range since 1980. Today, second generation winemaker Sholto Broderick leads the 4.5 hectare estate, producing precise, site driven wines from its steep and varied slopes. Join Sholto at Canopy for dinner as we explore the wines, vineyard and story of this distinctive Adelaide Hills estate. Featuring some new releases and, of course, a stunning menu from Noble Food.
