Canopy sits among Adelaide’s most engaging places to drink, though it feels less like a venue and more like a setting people arrive into. A gentle wine led bar nestled on the west side of Hindley St., there is a sense of ease to it, something considered but never forced, where design, light and greenery soften the edges and allow the room to breathe. Wine and cocktails are part of the language here, but not the point. The point is how it all comes together, how it feels to spend time within it. Our in-house food program delivers, whether it be late night nachos, some fine cheese and charcuterie or a cheeky tin of caviar, our greenswept space just feels right.
