Canopy is now inviting guests into its cellar for a series of intimate tastings, created in partnership with South Australia’s most esteemed winemakers and producers. Showcasing both iconic labels and exciting new voices, these experiences offer a rare opportunity to explore exceptional wines in great company — sharing the stories, craft, and passion behind every bottle.
Tastings are $10 per person and include cheese. As our special guests work with the earth, their schedules aren’t always set in stone. Watch this space as we confirm further updates and add to our exciting roster.

World Champagne Day

Join us to celebrate World Champagne Day with a tasting flight under the canopy. 75ml each of NV Ayala Brut Majeur, NV Serveaux ‘Pur Chardonnay’ and NV Billecart Salmon Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru - $65 Caviar snack menu available all night.
This November, Singapore’s legendary Tippling Club – consistently ranked among the World’s 50 Best Bars and Restaurants – makes its Australian debut with a two-week residency at Canopy Bar, Adelaide. Chef Ryan Clift will transform the intimate 14-seat dining room into his award-winning degustation experience, blending French rigour with playful modern techniques in a retrospective menu of Tippling Club’s most iconic creations.
Each evening will begin with a flurry of intricate snacks, Clift’s preferred way to eat, paired with a sharp edit of champagne and aperitif-style cocktails before diving into more substantial courses.
Later in the night, the bar will offer a Tippling Club snack degustation, featuring six signature snacks nightly until sold out, alongside a concise cocktail list reviving some of Tippling Club’s greatest hits.
Tickets are strictly limited, promising an unmissable opportunity to experience one of Asia’s most original culinary voices on Australian soil.
